The device provides extensive functions like switching of lighting, operation of blinds and shutters, contact type and block communication objects for each channel. The Glass Push-button has 4 integrated logical modules and a large, coloured active display to indicate funtion and status. Up to 12 functions on 2 or 3 levels (2×6 or 3×4 functions) can parameterized and can also used as 6-fold push button without function levels.

Temperature sensor offers additional functions. In combination with the MDT Heating Actuator an efficient room temperature regulation can configured and vizualized. Furthermore user defined 1 Bit messages and 14 Byte text telegrams can indicated.

The push-button can used to map up to 12 functions plus the “slap function”. Buttons labelled individually using symbols and texts on the large active colour display. The status of the respective function can detected both on the display and via the RGB display of the buttons. The display dynamically adjusts to the surrounding brightness and can automatically switched off at night. Comes also with a temperature sensor offers additional functions for setting the temperature of the heating or air conditioning.

Pos.3 KNX Glass Central Operation Unit Smart.

The Central Operation Unit Smart combines a large number of functions in one device and serves as a central control unit for your smart home.

The integrated astronomical timer moves the blinds up in the morning automatically and down again after sunset. In addition, the outdoor lighting and the basic lighting can switched on in the house at sunset until midnight. All timer functions and switching times are individually adjustable. You can for example set the comfort temperature individually for all rooms, or activate automatic shading via the menu control. You can also lock your blinds for window cleaning or activate your KNX alarm system via the integrated code lock.

Four sensor surfaces are available for selected direct operating functions. Twenty further functions can controlled via menu and / or time switch. Overall, all functions can operated intuitively and conveniently with the 6 sensor surfaces. The large active colour display show indoor/outdoor temperature, temperature set points, date / time, sunrise / sunset, clear text and alarm messages are visualised. The Glass Central Operation Unit Smart is the ideal complement to the Glass Push-button II Smart.

The buttons can used individually or grouped (horizontally or vertically). In addition to the status indication in the display, each button has its own RGB status LED. The RGBW status LEDs can controlled using internal or external objects. The LED brightness can controlled using a day / night and brightness object. Pos.5 KNX Room Temperature Controller Smart 55.

The MDT Room Temperature Controller Smart 55 with integrated temperature and humidity sensor is used for controlling the temperature of indoor rooms.

Switch actuators / heating actuators can controlled by the room temperature controller SCN-RTN55S along with thermal actuators or motorised KNX actuators. In addition, the MDT Room Temperature Controller Smart has 4 binary inputs for connecting floating contacts.

The extension unit can operated either as a second unit along with the SCN-RTR55S or as a stand-alone unit with the MDT Heating Actuator AKH (integrated temperature controller!).
