Room temperature sensor THERMASGARD RTF 1 with passive output, in an elegant enclosure made of plastic, with snap-on lid, base with 4-hole attachment, for installation on vertically or horizontally installed flush-mounted boxes, with predetermined breaking point for on-wall cable entry or in enclosure made of stainless steel (top and bottom parts are stainless steel, the cover is screwed on), vandal-proof version e.g. for schools, barracks and public buildings.

This residential room temperature sensor is used to detect/display temperatures in closed, dry rooms, in apartments, in cinemas, supermarkets, storage rooms, office and business facilities.

It is used to measure outside temperatures, temperatures in wet rooms e.g. as an outdoor sensor, weather sensor for installation on outside walls, in cold storage buildings and greenhouses, in halls, in the industrial sector and in agriculture. In outdoor areas, the temperature sensor is installed preferably at the north side of a building or in a protected place. In case of direct solar radiation, the sunshade protector WS 01 should be used.

The sleeve sensor/cable sensor THERMASGARD HTF is used to detect temperatures in liquid and gaseous media. It can be used as a duct sensor and - if installed in an immersion sleeve - as an immersion and screw-in sensor. The sleeve length varies, depending on request, from 30...500 mm (standard is 50 mm or 200 mm), the cable length is arbitrary (standard is 1.5 m). Depending on application, with silicone, glass fibre, or PVC leads, for two-wire, three-wire, or four-wire connection.

Surface contact sensors are electric contact thermometers used for surface temperature measurement on solids, having at least one so-called contact area that is brought into contact with the surface to be measured. The surface contact temperature sensor ALTF-1 with connecting cable and passive output determines the temperature of a medium flowing inside a pipe (e.g. the water temperature) via the surface temperature. The ALTF 1 is a tube contact resistance thermometer including a strap and an axial sensor tube for temperature detection on piping and tubes (e.g. cold and hot water), or on heating trains for heating system control.

It is a resistance thermometer with passive output, with an enclosure made of impact-resistant plastic, an enclosure cover with a snap-on lid, and a straight protective tube.
The built-in temperature sensor / immersion temperature sensor are electrical contact thermometers, which measure the temperatures in fluids and gases and can be installed e.g. in piping systems and containers. Use stainless steel immersion sleeves for aggressive media. The temperature sensors are used e.g. in piping systems in heating engineering, in storage systems, compact district heating stations, warm and cold water systems, oil and lubrication cycle systems in mechanical engineering, apparatus engineering, plant engineering and the entire industry sector.
